Kek Chiffon Pandan

Hari ni kak Rozi nak berkonsi resepi kek chiffon dengan teman-teman semua.Selamat mencuba.
Kek Chiffon Pandan.
(A)
150 gm tepung high ratio /superfine flour/high ratio flour.
5 gm baking powder
12 gm susu tepung/milk powder
100 gm gula/sugar
3 gm garam/salt
(B)
65 gm minyak/cooking oil
75 gm kuning telur/egg yolk
100 gm jus pandan/pandan juice
( C)
150 gm putih telur/egg white
80 gm gula/sugar
1 gm cream of tartar
Cara/Method:
1.) Campurkan bahan kering(A)./Mix flour, baking powder, milk powder, salt and sugar(A).
2.) Masukkan bahab(B) gaul hingga sebati./Add (B) mix until smooth.
3.)Pukul bahan (C) hingga kental./Whisk (C) until soft peak consistency.
4.) Masukkan bancuhan (B) kedalam (C)gaul perlahan hingga sebati./Fold the batter(C) into the above until uniform.
5.)Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 35 minit atau hingga masak./Bake at 180C for 35 mins.
